WARRANTIES AND RETURNS
1. All merchandise is new and in original factory packaging, unless explicitly stated otherwise, and is warranted by the manufacturer to be free from defects. DO NOT RETURN any merchandise to us unless we are the manufacturer or the item is DOA (dead on arrival). Our customer service address is cs@survivaldealer.com ONLY DOA's may be returned, and then, ONLY in original factory packaging including all parts and accessories as shipped from the manufacturer. All returns will be inspected before any adjustments will be made. Electrical equipment can not be returned under any circumstances. You may call or write our customer service department for the person to contact at the manufacturer or U.S. distribution center.
