Web Project Manager
Salt Lake City

Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will lead projects across SurvivalDealer.com and Hostiam.com websites. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, results-oriented, detail-driven project manager with software and/or web project management experience.
• Effectively lead cross-functional teams (business, operations, quality assurance, and technology) to successfully deliver new website initiatives.
• Independently manage the full project life cycle, from initiation through implementation; including (but not limited to) requirements gathering and prioritization, defining scope and schedule, obtaining approvals, managing development and testing tasks, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Work with third-party subcontractors and technology partners.
• Facilitate team and client meetings effectively.
• Hold regular status meetings with project team.
• Identify and resolve issues appropriately and in a timely fashion.
• Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors.
• Regularly interface with senior stakeholders and business leads across the organization.
• Collaborate with other members of the Project Management team to set and maintain appropriate project management methodologies; provide recommendations for process improvements and best practices.

Requirements
• Expertise in developing detailed plans for complex projects involving challenging requirements, limited resources, and fixed deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• A proven track record of managing large scale projects and delivering results.
• Familiarity with standard software project and project management concepts, practices and procedures.
• Expertise in written and oral communication, in relationship building, and in collaboration in a cross-functional team.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely implementation of assigned projects.
• Solid decision-making and problem solving skills; ability to execute a number of parallel tasks.
• High level of business and technical savvy; strong organizational and analytical skills
